This one is for all the people all over the planet looking for love on their computer/iPhone/Blackberry/iPad/Droid/Evo/Motorola 2-Way/Nokia phone with custom faceplate/Facebook/Twitter…and even the last people still logging into Myspace. I understand it may be difficult for some folks to meet people, but it is quite interesting to me how some people have abandoned face-to-face interaction in favor of the pursuit of love on the Interwebs.

From time to time I play what some would call jazz. Jazz is my favorite musical style. It is the basis of every American musical genre, which I can prove to you but I won’t go into that right now. Jazz gives you the range of free range and that’s why I love it. You play what you feel in your soul when you play jazz. At some point I’d like to put together a trio…I already know I’ll play keys and I have a bass player. Haven’t found the right drummer yet though…hopefully sooner than later. Download this and do whatever with it, email it to your friends or whatever you choose to do with it. If you don’t like it, delete it…I’ll never know the difference!

Anyone that knows me knows that MF DOOM is one of my favorite emcees AND producers EVER. I’m pretty sure these are blends BUT it’s DOOM so I don’t care either way. I also don’t care if it’s been out and I missed it because it is DOOM. Basically, DOOM is ill and it doesn’t matter when you hear it because it will still be DOOM and therefore it will be ill.
IF it is a DOOM project THEN it will be ILL.

This song is “Hello” and it is from Saving All The Good Beats For Myself, which is a project I put out in 2009 and was recorded between 2007-2009. A friend of mine told me her brother was going through some things and that she wanted to give him the lyrics for this song to help. I never thought anyone would ever ask me that. I was definitely going through it when I wrote this but this song was kind of when I began to come out of the confusion that my life was. Check it out, I’m sure you can relate to it.

This joint is on Saving All The Good Beats For Myself originally released in 2009 (mostly recorded in 2008 with one song done in 2007) and I love this joint.
